is the preferred method for reaching the staff of THE LETTER. Most
inquiries are responded to within 12 hours. Remember that we are busiest
immediately before and immediately after our hardcopy edition is printed
(e.g., the first and last weeks of the month), so please allow us a little
extra time to respond to your message if writing to us close to our print
date, which is always during the first week of the month).
Regarding our Regional Calendar listings: We do our best to promote your organization's events when you send us information four to six weeks in advance! Please be sure to send us all important details of your event (e.g., who is sponsoring the event, what kind of event, when (day, date and time) event will be held, where event will be held, admission/other cost to attend, contact information, etc.). If you wish to contact us via telephone, our preferred hours for taking calls are between 11:00am - 8:00pm, Monday through Friday. Please leave a message on our voice mail at (502) 338-4153.
